A cosy, functional studio hoting up to 4 people. Luminous, even if on the ground floor, it is ideal for children in a pram and for cyclists. It's located on a pedestrian street in the low-raised buildings' locality of Pigneto. This neighbourhood changes face during the day: bustling local fresh vegetable market in the morning, community forum in the afternoon, and vibrant cafés/restaurants in the evening. Very well connected through metros, trams, buses, and shared car hubs. The space Pigneto Mignon, as we call it, is a very well-thought-out studio that maximises space to create a home that can host up to seven people. The studio has an entrance with a space to store suitcases and jackets on the right, a study/working area on the left, and a space to put your shoes in front. It has a kitchen space with a dining table, cutlery and pans, and you will find tea, coffee, spices and oil to cook your meal or snack. The living space with a sofa is below the double bed loft. One king-size bed in the loft is always set to sleep in. To accommodate more people, the sofas in the living room and the loft can be turned into beds. There are bookshelves and open wardrobes all around the house, a chestnut drawer on the loft and two to three study/working spaces (one at the entrance, one on the loft and one in the living room, for those who like to work sitting on the floor). The Studio Mignon is the cosiest and most practical solution for people coming to Rome for work or a holiday, a group of friends and mainly for families who wish to stay cheaply in a lovely studio that can host them all under a roof. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the house, including WiFi. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, utensils, pans, cutlery, tea and coffee, spices and oil). They can regulate the heating system and the air conditioner and ask any question that pops into their mind anytime they want to the host via the app. Studio Mignon is a good solution for those who come to Rome to work, for friends who want to save money and especially for a family with children (who, like ours, like to have a room for them but not separated in one different room). You will find the queen-size high double bed already made and the individual packages with sheets, pillows, duvets, and duvet covers to transform the two sofas into beds for the extra guests.
