Quiet cottage in the heart of Beaujolais, 2-6 people

Our cottage for 4-6 people is located on the Côte de Brouilly, in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards. With an area of 110 m2, this house has just been completely renovated. We're working hard to provide you with a comfortable and quality service! You'll particularly appreciate the view from the terrace, as well as the quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The space On the ground floor: - a fully equipped independent kitchen with central island. - a large bright living room with lounge area (TV) and dining table overlooking the garden. Socket under the table, ideal for remote working. The sofa is convertible, offering a double bed. - a separate toilet. There are two pellet stoves, one in the living room and one in the kitchen that heat the entire house. Upstairs: - two bedrooms with double beds. - a bathroom with a double shower and two sinks.  Access to the floor is via a beautiful open steel staircase. The place is very comfortable. It is equipped with the necessary appliances for the smooth running of your stay: a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, baby kit with baby cot and bathtub, raclette grill, etc. Bath towels and dish towels are provided. Great comfort: no need to bring your linens, the beds are made upon arrival! The private garden - about 250 m2 - has a large south-facing terrace with views of the Saône Valley and the Alps. Garden furniture, BBQ, and umbrella will be available for your enjoyment. Located close to the village of Odenas, about 2 km from the village center which has a grocery store, tobacco press, bread, cakes, pastries. 10-15 min from the A6 Villefranche or Belleville-en-Beaujolais highway exit. 45 minutes from Lyon and 35 minutes from Mâcon by car. Other things to note Very interesting little extra: the cottage is located 3 km from the Domaine de l'Ermitage, 4 km from the Château des Ravatys, 10 km from the Château de Souzy.
