Do you have a large family/group? Holding a wedding/vow renewal/reunion, etc? These direct oceanfront condos are perfect! Rent our 2 adjacent condos and have the enitre top floor of our small 3 story building. Each condo has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, so together you get 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Enough beds to sleep 16 guests with no one on the couch! 2 connected 12x15 covered balconies with steps directly to the sand 2 full kitchens 2 living rooms 2 reserved parking spaces The space With this property, you are renting two mirror image condos. The condos DO NOT have an interior door connecting them. To go from one unit to the other, you would either exit one unit thru the front door and enter the other - the doors are immediately next to each other. Or, you can open the two locking deck doors and walk between the two units via the decks and sliding glass doors. Guest access We have smart locks. No keys! If you are bringing a pet, let me know about your pet so I can pre approve them. We love pets, but need to approve them. Ill share a lodging agreement with you to sign digitally after you book.
