The space Built in the early 1930's, the building used to house a restaurant downstairs and the upstairs was a boarding house. The restaurant (Slyman's) and boarding house survived until the early 1980s. The building was purchased in 2018 and went through an extensive renovation process with all new everything! This 2BR loft features exposed beams, high ceilings, and modern amenities while in the heart of downtown Bristol.
