Neighbors live next door and we have no control over how they act. But the place is very safe. They are simple people, who unfortunately were not well educated. We live next door. It is not suitable for a home office, or spending a long time inside the Chalet. For this reason the price is more affordable. If the guest is going to spend most of their time outside, discovering the wonders of Pipa, this won't bother them✨ We do not recommend children in this space.
