Parking space. Bed linen and towels included. The space The flat faces south, so it is not next to the street. The bedroom is in a separate room. The sofa bed is in the living room/kitchen. In the property, there is an office on the first floor (quiet and not very busy) and a two-room flat on the attic floor (with only one tenant). The small garden is to the north, on the side of the road (protected by a wisteria hedge; the road is not much used in the evening). Other things to note The house is located near public transportation (50 m) (bus towards Locarno, Ascona, Valle Maggia, and the Centovalli train). Free parking available. The supermarkets Lidl, Coop, and Migros are in the immediate vicinity (max. 150 m). Nearby, there is a Velospot bike-sharing station and a Mobility car-sharing vehicle (100 m).
