ATTENTION DEAR GUESTS: Please read our house rules and city requirement before requesting to book. Our home is located in a very quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Any type of parties and gathering are NOT allowed in our home. If you are looking to have a gathering that is more than the occupancy limit of the house, play music, or loud noise outside at any time or do anything that could disturb our neighbors, this is not the right home for you. Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar. CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS: *Max Occupancy - 13 individuals including infants and daytime visitors *Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights *Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older. *City-mandated "Quiet Hours” FROM 9:30 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours. *Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 3 vehicles MAX in the driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed. NO RV or trailer is allowed *Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement after they book. *15% - City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax - TOT *Recording outward facing cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and backyard area. *NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive). *Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation. *No parties or events are allowed *NOTE: WE DO NOT POST ON CRAIGSLST-IF YOU SEE ONE OF OUR LISTINGS IT IS A SCAM* **Optional Pool Heating or Spa Heating** Pool - Additional costs apply for heating. Dive into relaxation with your gated private pool and hot tub. For an added touch of comfort, optional heating is available for either the pool or the hot tub (additional fee applies). Please note that both cannot be heated at the same time. IMPORTANT NOTE: 15.5% Airbnb Service Fee applies to the reservation total and is not included in the original quote.
