Directly onto Ao Yon beach. Private parking. Year round safe beach with stunning views of boats, headlands and islands. Pure sand, no rocks, mud or coral even at low tide. Few Villas in Phuket are pure beachfront. This part of Phuket is so special, ask any locals. We also have a one bed villa next door with all amenities. Please see separate listing. Within easy walking distance there are restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Long-tails and speed boats for day trips are on the beach. The space Only 15 metres across the lawn is the beach. There is a quiet charm of locals, and foreign residents and discerning tourists with no beach touts and few umbrellas as found on the main West coast beaches. Probably the only bay in all Phuket which is protected from the SW monsoon ocean swells that closes beaches on the West coast for much of May to November season as well as completely protected from the N.E. winds for the rest of the year. The beach is clear of coral reefs and there is no muddy bottom at any state of the tide. The Villa is on two floors. Downstairs there is a large living area with French windows onto the deck alongside the kitchen dining area, which also has large French windows. The living space is cool and airy, with aircon as well as having 2 large ceiling fans. The two master bedrooms upstairs, with large ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing area have plenty of space for extra single beds being over 100m2 each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The other 2 ensuite bedrooms rooms are 45m2 are located on the ground floor. One has a large King bed. The other room has two twins which can be made into a double. Guest access Access is down a shared driveway at the end of which we have a security gate which we share with one other property. We have 2 private parking spaces directly behind the villa and more space to the side which is shared with our neighbour. Other things to note The villa is only 20 minutes to the heart of old Phuket town, famous for it's old Portugese architecture, street markets and numerous festivals. Central / Florista shopping centres and the 2 major hospitals are only 20 minutes away. This is a perfect place to board a boat and do day trips to the many islands including Phi Phi and Koh Racha. We include in the rental price a maid who will clean, make the beds and do the laundry for 4 hours per day 5 days a week. Personal laundry etc. can be organised for a "tip" to the maid. We include in our rental price bed linen and towels changing every 4 days.
