Close to Cloverdale & Hopland. Just 15 minutes away. The guest house is an upstairs suite. It is spacious, with kitchen, bath, dining, & living room area. There is also a balcony deck attached to the guest house and another private deck out back, both with expansive views. All the comforts of home. Clear skies, sunny and starry nights above the fog line. Guest access The areas for guests are the Guest Suite, two decks, with views to the east, south and west. Downstairs there is an outdoor dining area, with a charcoal Weber BBQ & tools, adjoining a lounging area with a wood fire pit. There is the expansive west corral and a wine tasting where guests can schedule a private wine tasting overlooking incredible views. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and half bath are behind the ranch house garage, private for guests use only. The pool is gated for safety. There are also hiking trails where you can also walk your dog on leash. Explore this beautiful countryside with views in all directions. This is a private suite for you only. It is not shared with other guests. Other things to note This 164 acre ranch is semi rustic and one mile off the main Hwy. 128. 15 minutes from Cloverdale. You need directions to get here. It is very quiet and private. There is high speed Internet and good phone reception. We also have Netflix, Youtube, etc.
