This cottage house sits in the rear of a two bedroom one bath house. It has its own space, private parking, and outdoor area right next to the house. It is ideal for long or short stays and perfect for individuals who are traveling for school and healthcare purposes. There is a table for a laptop computers or writing. The bed is especially comfortable a Serta queen size pillow top mattress. There is a step in closet which is comparable in size to a small hotel closet. There is a microwave and stove for light or limited cooking. For longer stays there is a laundromat a quarter of a mile from this location. Guest access The guest has exclusive use of the cottage. The rear parking area is set aside for the guest. Other things to note Please note that this house has a shared driveway that is often full. Do not turn in on the driveway.
