The space Private Rooms in a Modern, Fully Equipped House We offer private rooms in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house, ideal for those seeking comfort, style, and a strategic location in the city. Each room is for your exclusive use, while you share common areas with other guests. House Features Modern and minimalist style: marble and porcelain floors, walls and ceilings with contemporary finishes. Artistic wrought iron staircase lined with wood, cedar closets, doors, and a built-in kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and a lockable cedar cabinet. Dining Rooms: 6-seat breakfast bar and 6-seat main dining room. Laundry Area: Two washing machines for shared use. On-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. Guest access Property Access The house has a locked iron gate as the main entrance from the street. To gain entry, guests must ring the doorbell, after which the door is opened. There is also a separate gate that provides access to the garage. Access can be provided in two ways: Personal Meeting A trusted person is on the property to greet guests, hand over the keys, give them a tour of the house, and explain the amenities and rules. This is our preferred option, as it allows for a personalized experience. Coded Lockbox We have a coded lockbox located near the entrance. Guests receive a code to open it and obtain the keys or a spare key, allowing them to access the accommodation independently. Once inside, guests ascend the stairs to their reserved private room. During your stay Interaction with Guests I am available to assist guests throughout their stay. If I am at the house, I can assist them personally; if I am away, I always leave it to Mrs. Flor, who can resolve any issues that may arise.
