On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, dining room, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a maid's quarters. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with en-suite bathrooms and two that share a bathroom, as well as a comfortable family room. The property boasts quality finishes such as marble and porcelain tile floors, wrought iron and wood staircases, and cedar wood closets and kitchen cabinetry. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and basic utensils. There is also a laundry area with two washing machines and private parking for up to 6 cars. Located in a quiet area, it's 5 minutes from banks and IMSS Clinic 36, and 10 minutes from the bus station, downtown, supermarkets, beaches, and the boardwalk. An excellent option for family stays, work trips, or vacations. Guest access The property has secure access via a wrought iron gate with a doorbell from the street, as well as a separate gate for the parking area. We offer two access options: Personal Reception: Ms. Flor will welcome you, give you the keys, and show you the house, explaining its layout and rules. Self-Access: We have a coded safe near the entrance so you can enter independently. Once inside, access to the bedrooms is via stairs. During your stay We have Ms. Flor López, who is in charge of welcoming guests, handing over the keys, and giving a tour of the property, explaining how it works and the house rules. She is always available to assist and answer any questions during your stay. If she is unable to greet you personally, we have independent access via a key box, allowing for easy and independent arrival. Other things to note The house operates on a shared accommodation model, so during your stay you may encounter other guests in the common areas, such as the living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, foyer, laundry area, patio, and parking. These spaces are designed for a peaceful, clean, safe, and respectful environment. The bedroom is completely private, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. We strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and maintenance throughout the property. Mrs. Flor and her daughter live in the house. Mrs. Flor typically greets guests, hands over the keys, and provides support during their stay to address any needs and ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant experience. For the safety of all guests, access to the accommodation is through a check-in and key return process. In case of lost or unreturned keys, additional security measures may be implemented to protect the property and its occupants.
