On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, dining room, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a maid's quarters. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with en-suite bathrooms and two that share a bathroom, as well as a comfortable family room. The property boasts quality finishes such as marble and porcelain tile floors, wrought iron and wood staircases, and cedar wood closets and kitchen cabinetry. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and basic utensils. There is also a laundry area with two washing machines and private parking for up to 6 cars. Located in a quiet area, it's 5 minutes from banks and IMSS Clinic 36, and 10 minutes from the bus station, downtown, supermarkets, beaches, and the boardwalk. Guest access The property has secure access via a wrought iron gate with a doorbell from the street, as well as a separate gate for the parking area. We offer two access options: Personal Reception: Ms. Flor will welcome you, give you the keys, and show you the house, explaining its layout and rules. Self-Access: We have a coded safe near the entrance so you can enter independently. Once inside, access to the bedrooms is via stairs. During your stay We have Ms. Flor López, who is in charge of welcoming guests, handing over the keys, and giving a tour of the property, explaining how it works and the house rules. She is always available to assist and answer any questions during your stay. If she is unable to greet you personally, we have independent access via a key box, allowing for easy and independent arrival. Other things to note The house features shared common areas such as a living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, foyer, laundry area, and parking, ideal for enjoying a peaceful and respectful environment.
