A basement tenant has a separate entrance to preserve your privacy. Backyard and driveway are the only common areas. Conveniently near Cincinnati downtown, The Ark Encounter, Newport Aquarium, museums, and the zoo. Your security is paramount with a video ring doorbell at main entrance. Please note, this is a NON-SMOKING space. The space 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom Kindly observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 AM to respect the comfort of our basement tenant. Your cooperation is appreciated. Guest access Guest has access to 2 bedrooms with two car garage. The deck is connected with living room and backyard is fenced. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and other is one common bathroom . Driveway and Patio at the backyard is shared with tenant living in the basement Other things to note A guest has access to the deck and can park their car in the garage. But there will be a tenant living in the basement and parks his/her car on one side of the driveway. we have a little forest in the fenced backyard but sometimes some wild animal might be roaming around.
