The apartment is on the second floor, accessible from the private parking lot via a short staircase. It consists of two double bedrooms, a renovated kitchen and a large open space room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm). All rooms have access to the wonderful terrace equipped to enjoy a sunset aperitif or lunch. Thanks to the southern exposure, the terrace is accessible on beautiful days all year round. A truly quiet and peaceful place! The space The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm). There is a sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room. A baby crib and a dining table seat are available upon request. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub accessible from the master bedroom and a small service toilet. There are games, books, and DVDs to entertain both adults and children. Nearby there are many excursions in Capriasca and Val Colla, others very suggestive in the Lugano area. Guest access Self check-in via an external box, the access code is provided the day before.
