We are tidy professionals and our home sleeps 6 people and we have a double air bed if needed to take it to 8 guests. Our spacious, clean, three-storey house, has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with relaxing views of the playing fields from the middle and top floors. Complete with peaceful, not overlooked, family-friendly garden and 6 person hot tub, swing and trampoline. The space The ground floor offers a lounge with flat-screen HD TV and a super comfortable leather sofa with recliners on each end. We also have a playroom with children's’ size football and snooker table, train sets, and another sofa. The ground floor also has a WC, A laundry room with washing machine and Miele tumble dryer and sink. A spacious dining room and large fully equipped, modern kitchen overlooking our beautifully manicured garden on three sides, with; granite breakfast island, dishwasher, double ovens, 6 burner Neff hob as well as a spacious fridge and freezer. There are 6 patio doors that open to create an indoor/ outdoor living experience. For your comfort, the second floor offers two bedrooms that each have a single bed and another room with a double bed. Two of these bedrooms offer relaxing views over the fields. This floor has the main bathroom with a large bath, shower, heated towel rail. The quiet top floor feels like a five-star hotel, with a brand new king-size bed, en-suite with overhead rainfall shower, heated towel rail, separate walk-in wardrobe all overlooking beautiful fields. Lie in bed and watch the stars through our Velux window or add to the rest and relaxation expected during your visit and watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. We also have an amazing 6 person hot tub with a waterfall and fountain and at night it's magical with the hot tub lights and bistro lights. Our English garden showcases beautiful seasonal flowers with an orchard containing many apples, pears, cherries and blueberries. We have a large trampoline that can take adults and a swing under the tree. Listen to the sounds of birds tweeting as you walk through the private garden that leads out onto beautiful fields, leading to Eastham Ferry woodland park- with skyline views across the River Mersey to Liverpool. Relax in a seat on one of our two patios with a book, a glass of wine, whilst dining outside under our parasol with our huge gas BBQ providing a memorable experience.
