The chalet is located next to SC-465, located 8 km from the center of Treze Tílias, about 10 minutes by car. The space The chalet is located in a wooded location, with a beautiful shade garden and fruit trees, which can be enjoyed by guests. The land is all surrounded and has an electronic gate at the entrance. The chalet is complete, with equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood stove for new experiences. We provide face towels, sheets, covers and pillows with pillowcases. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS. The supply of the house is with artesian well water, potable for consumption. The space has a cozy living room with a fireplace and internet for work in home office and entertainment. The parking garage is in a private garage next to the chalet. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place. Other things to note There is only one rental chalet, which provides distancing and privacy, and is also ideal for Isolation Tourism and Home Office work. The chalet can accommodate up to 5 people: 2 in the master bedroom (double), 2 in the second bedroom (double) and 1 on the extra mattress.
