Situated in the beautiful Pennines with all the amenities of the village of Marsden, great views and privacy. The Scullery is attached to our family home and we are tucked away in a very quiet and private spot yet only 300 metres from the centre of Marsden and just 650 metres to the train station. The space The Scullery was once the utility area for the main house and was unused for many years. In lockdown I began the complete internal renovation and have now created an unusual cosy space with a great bathroom and kitchen and a living area and the bedroom is up in the eaves. There is a new patio area with great views that is partly covered and can be used for barbeques and sitting out. The area is lovely and draws walkers and cyclists from all around. Marsden and the surrounding area is well served with real ale pubs cafes restaurants and take-aways. There are river and canal-side walks as well as the more strenuous moors walks.
