The space This modern and stylish holiday home is a private low set secure and fully fenced home ideal for work groups, couples, families of all ages + bring along your family pet/s 🙂. An abundance of space in the yard, so bring the boat or caravan and sit back relax and enjoy your home away from home! Parklands has two separate living areas + an additional living / multi use room that includes a Triple bunk bed, home office & media area. Open plan central living area has a Daikin Reverse Cycle Airconditioner. Large entertaining area, 55" Smart TV in main lounge, free WiFI, main bathroom has a bath to relax and unwind. Spacious master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with double shower, Smart TV & comfy day lounge for your own quiet living space. All 5 main bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Double lock up garage with internal access to the home. Washing machine, dryer, stereo system, coffee machine + BBQ for your convenience. Enjoy the Reverse Osmosis filtered water tap situated in the Kitchen for endless fresh water! Kids toys, VULY Trampoline, Nintendo Wii, Dress ups and DVD's to keep the little treasures entertained. We are pet friendly and love animals and understand the need for guests to bring their pets, we can offer a crate for your fur baby to sleep in. We self manage this property and take pride in offering a home away from home and are contactable locally for any queries or questions. Take a trip over to the world famous Fraser Island (K'gari). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for 1x white lock up storage cupboard in main walk in robe and 1x black lock up storage cupboard in the double garage. Currently we have a small trailer stored in one corner at the side of the property out of the way. Other things to note Please ensure that all rubbish is removed from inside bins and placed in the bins outside upon leaving. *BBQ must be cleaned prior to checking out, otherwise additional fees will apply. Foil is best used to keep the BBQ clean, or there is BBQ cleaning items available. Rubbish bin night is Tuesday night. If you have pets, please ensure they do not sit on beds or other furniture and that there mess is cleaned up from the yard otherwise additional costs will be applied. * HOUSE RULES and Guest information for Internet and places to visit locally are in the folder located in the Lounge room* Enjoy your stay at our home away from home!
