“EL MEZQUITE” rest house

Come to our big house and visit the ahuehuetes or Atlixco and enjoy your rest in our heated pool, large garden with beautiful trees, palapa, barbecue, parking, games room, billiards, soccer, wifi, screen, located in fracc. “Los Cañaverales” just 15m from Atlixco. The space La arquitectura de nuestra casa es muy bonita y práctica, es de un solo piso, con techos inclinados y un área de juegos de altura y media que hace un lugar fresco para divertirse, las habitaciones son muy frescas e iluminadas, se aprovecha la luz solar con calentador de agua y para días nublados calentador de gas. La cocina está muy bien equipada, el pasto del jardín cuenta con sistema de riego que lo mantiene verde, la palapa y el asador son el lugar ideal para pasar la tarde, la alberca es climatizada y cuidamos el agua con los mejores químicos, no todas las albercas son iguales !. This is a realy beautiful house with just one flor extension and with this you can avoid going up and down stairs, with many places in wich you can hace fin with your family, the rooms are ubicated to the north and this help them to fresh and enlighted at all moments. The badrooms, the gas and water station are prepares for a perfect use at the moment you arrive. We have take advantage of the sun light for turning on our luminaires and warm up the water of the house and for extraordinary situations we have the gas heatter prepared. Guest access We leave you keys to the whole house and you can enjoy all the spaces, we also leave you a load of charcoal to make your roast meat and a load of firewood so you can make your campfire at night, it is very fun to make chocolates with the kids or sausages for hotdogs!!. Other things to note The pool is heated with solar panels that keep the water at a pleasant temperature during the fall-winter (varies if there are very cold days) and very warm in spring-summer (always above 28 degrees). We use high-quality chemicals (trichloro) to keep the water healthy and crystal clear. When summer comes, you won't want to get out of it!
