A short walk to Downtown Florence with shopping , restaurants , coffee shops , music venues, and more . Also, we are a short walk to the UNA football stadium . There is a back patio for relaxation and grilling. 1945 Cottage on Wood is fully furnished for guests. This cottage has original hardwood floors and newly renovated kitchen. We look forward to hosting you ! There is a thru driveway conducive to fisherman. Also available, is an upright freezer. Our guests have full access to the whole house and everything in the house during their stay. We have left many necessities for your comfort and ease. We are available for guests to contact with any questions or concerns . We will gladly give suggestions to restaurants, things to do in the area or anything else you may need recommendations for. Our home is within walking distance to downtown Florence where there are wonderful restaurants to enjoy, offering an array of cuisines and atmospheres. You will not want to miss the amazing local coffee shops with homemade pastries and other eats. The Shoals area is known for it’s music venues scattered around. Art museums and shopping are also close at hand in downtown Florence. UNA is directly across the street from our home and an easy walk to Braly Stadium (football stadium). Fishing and relaxation is to be enjoyed only a short 5 minutes away on the Tennessee River. Florence is an easy place to get around. If you enjoy biking and have bikes to bring, it is a relaxing way to travel around downtown. The location of our home on Wood Avenue makes it easy to walk downtown to wherever you are going if the weather permits. It is lovely strolling in our beautiful downtown area!
