We are in a great quiet location with food, grocery shopping, and other attractions all within 20 mins. It's connected to our home but completely private. The location is very quiet with frequent visits from wildlife including deer and a variety of Northern Nevadas beautiful birds. Guest access You will have your rental area completely to yourself including plenty of room to park and a back patio. Other things to note We are located at the base of the Sierras in Gardnerville, NV. (not Tahoe proper) There is so much to do in the area!
