The full guest bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and shower. Hairdryer, linens, and other bathroom basics are available. An additional half bath is also available to guests. There is a beautiful dedicated guest office with high-speed wifi and lots of natural light for doing remote work. Our home is your home while you are here, please feel free to use our fully equipped kitchen and dining room if you would like to prepare your favorite delicious meals. Please clean up after yourself while using these and other shared areas. Help yourself to snacks or hot drink from the coffee bar in the kitchen. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa to watch a movie in the living room. If you need to do some laundry while you are on the road, our washer and dryer are open for you to use. Please use posted instructions. There is a fenced backyard and a gazebo with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors in the summer. If there is anything else we can do to make you have the best Airbnb experience you have ever had, please don't hesitate to ask. You will have access to your upper-level bedroom and bathroom, as well as guest office, kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom, and laundry room on the main level. There is a keypad on the front door for self-check-in. There is another keypad on your guest room door as well for your privacy. There is plenty of parking available on premises for guest vehicles. We are in a peaceful neighborhood with no shortage of great activities close by. There are acres of parks to explore, miles of hiking trails and bike paths, and plenty of streams and lakes for boating and fishing. There is shopping, dining, and golf courses all within a few miles as well as easy access to the freeway. This is a pet-free and non-smoking home. We want to make sure our home is just as comfortable and clean for the next guest, please help us to do that by removing your shoes inside the house.
