The ground floor providing a relaxing open plan family friendly living area with vaulted ceilings and original features. The space The cottage is solely available for rent. The hosts, Nick and Carolyn live in a separate adjacent property which shares the driveway. You enter this stunning barn conversion through a stable door leading into the entrance hall and then through to the spacious open plan lounge, diner, kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all useful utensils, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven etc and dishwasher. There is a separate large utility room with further sink and washing machine. The relaxing sitting area has comfy sofas, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with freeview, a selection of books and board games. There is a dining table for 4 people with 2 extra chairs for guests. A baby cot and high chair can be provided if required. The whole ground floor is heated with under floor heating. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed and adjacent bathroom. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom downstairs with a large walk in shower. All bedding and towels are included. (Beach towels may be hired for £3). Guests should note that there is no door to the top bedroom or to separate the main reception area. This does mean that children sleeping in this twin room will not have a door and noise from the reception area could travel up there. This can be seen from the photos. Guest access The cottage is completely self contained with private parking leading directly to the private patio and front door. Other things to note We recommend hiring a car or a combination of E-bikes and public bus to explore the island.
