Mountain house with pool near Rio de Janeiro

Surucuá Casa de Temporada is located in the municipality of Piraí-RJ in the Tinguá-Bocaina biodiversity corridor, very close to Lake Caiçara, which is a beautiful natural attraction. We are close to Rio de Janeiro, approximately 1h20 (by car). Our house overlooks nature, a gourmet area with a barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool. We do not allow parties and loud noise, as it is an environment for those seeking peace and tranquility in the midst of nature. The space Our space has a panoramic view of a beautiful stretch of the Atlantic Forest. Our house has: 1 bedroom with separate bathroom, 3 en-suites, 1 kitchen equipped with basic utensils (It is possible to prepare your own meals), 1 living room with two 3-seater sofas and an armchair, a pantry with dining table and armchairs. Swimming pool with gourmet area (which consists of a barbecue, a sink, a minibar and a bathroom). We also have a fire pit in the outdoor area. Description of the bedrooms (3 en-suites and 1 bedroom): Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom Bedroom 2 (En-Suite): En-suite composed of a mezzanine with a double mattress (accessed by a staircase) and a private bathroom. Note - To access the other en-suites (listed below) it is necessary to go down a staircase that is located in the external area of the house: Bedroom 3 (En-suite): Known as the pool suite for being very close to the leisure area. En-suite consisting of a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 (En-Suite): En-suite consisting of a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped with: Stove, refrigerator, pots, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, glasses, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, platters. We have a Nespresso coffee maker, if you want to use it, it is important to bring the capsules. We also have a conventional strainer and a thermos. Piraí is 9 km from our house and often bringing supplies is a good alternative for those who do not want to go out. Guest access In addition to access to the house, guests can enjoy the leisure area (swimming pool and gourmet area) privately. Other things to note - The daily rate is fixed up to 4 guests, from the fifth guest an additional fee is charged. One of the en-suites (bedroom 4) will only be available when the reservation has 7 or more guests. - It is necessary to bring bed linen and a towel; - We provide pillows, blankets, bath mats, dish towel and tablecloth. - We provide mineral water; - Visitors other than confirmed guests are not allowed; - Hosts reside in another house within the property and have pets; - We accept pets, but we have rules and it is essential that the guest is aware, so if you wish to bring your pet, contact us first; - In the lower part of the house where the laundry room is located (the entrance is independent), we have 3 kittens that freely access the space and twice a day it is necessary that we access the place to feed them.
