Guests are free to roam around the farmland and garden. The housekeeper who lives on the next door farm will be available should you need help. Set amid quite countryside, the home isa short drive from the antique shops, pubs & cafes of Honiton. Dartmoor National Park is a45-minute drive, the perception place to escape. Car essential but in the local area there are beautiful walks all around the property, including the spectacular Jurassic Coast. We live five miles from the sea, with the pretty costal towns & villages of Exmouth, Sidmouth, Branscombe & Beer. We are 35 minutes from Exeter. Access to the hut is across a large lawn. This can be very muddy,seriously,when we’ve had rain, there is mud! So wellies are advisable. Guest access Guests are free to roam around the farmland and garden to heart's content. Other things to note We accept one sociable well behaved dog of medium to small size per booking. We ask that they are not allowed on the bed. We have a happy & friendly cocker spaniel, so please do not bring a dog who would not interact in a friendly way with our dog.
