Lovely Studio Loft with Pool

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units. The space This space is a private loft suite located above the garage of my large brick home. It features a very comfortable queen sized bed with 4 pillows that have different firmness for you to choose from. It also has a love seat sized couch, directly across from the 42 inch TV with Netflix available. The bath has a custom tile shower and sliding barn door. You will have a private entrance through the garage and parking right outside your door. Come and go at anytime, you will not disturb anyone. My house is located at the end of a dead end street. It has a very "living in the country" feeling, yet it is in the city limits of Arab. A large in-ground pool and lighted basketball/tennis court is available for your use weather permitting. South Parkway in Huntsville is only 20-22 minutes away on Hwy 231. It's an easy commute if you are staying with us while working in Huntsville. The Sparkman Center on Redstone Arsenal is only 35 minutes away. Guntersville Lake is only 12 minutes away if you enjoy world class bass fishing, hiking, boat racing or just visiting the man made beach at Guntersville State Park. Guest access Guest have access to their unit through our garage. They also have access to the pool (when open) and the basketball court year round. Other things to note I also offer a very nice self-inflating queen sized air mattress, with sheets and blanket for the floor if needed. It's an additional $10 a day, but if you need one at least you wouldn't have to buy one just for your trip. Please message me when booking the room if you need the air mattress. Tell me how many nights you need it and I'll send you an separate request for payment for the air mattress through Airbnb. Pay for the air mattress and I'll have it in your room when you arrive.
