Live high in the trees with a sweeping LA view and lots of sun. Private entrance, gated driveway and carport parking. This completely private 1200 sq ft top floor apartment sits sixteen feet up surrounded by large trees and with a southeast exposure providing plenty of sun. Enjoy the view from a large well furnished private outdoor terrace. New washer/dryer. Great location - only two minutes from Sunset Plaza restaurants and shopping. Downhill, protected location is very quiet. The space Apartment is the top floor of a duplex. Big windows and views from the living room, north bedroom, kitchen and large terrace. Two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. High speed wireless internet, 65" smart TV with full cable package, Amazon and Netflix. New washer/dryer. High end mattresses and bedding. New kitchen. A five foot crawl space between the two apartment floors acts like a middle floor and provides excellent sound insulation. Top floor is 16 ft above the ground. Weekly full maid service included for stays of 8 days or longer. Guest access Carport parking is available but the enclosed garage is not available, and there are two small locked closets inside that are not accessible. All other spaces are available for use by guests. Other things to note There are two apartments: a top floor unit which is the Airbnb apartment and a bottom floor unit, where my husband and I live. They are completely separate units - and there is a 5 ft crawl space 'floor' between the bottom and top floors. Don't think of this as less privacy, since we live on site, think of it as better service. We will occasionally be accessing the garage which is near the front door of the Airbnb unit. We advise parking in the carport and not on the street - the street is narrow and busy at times, occasionally parked cars get their side mirrors knocked off. Registration Details HSR19-001735
