Harbour View - apartment for 4 in Falmouth

Harbour View has the perfect location. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Falmouth, close to beaches and enjoying stunning views across Falmouth Harbour, Trefusis Point, the Roseland Peninsular and pretty village of Flushing. The beauty of this apartment is the view is constantly changing so no two days are the same. Even if the weather is bad it's the perfect base for some storm watching. There are enough beds for 6 people at Harbour View but we feel it best suits four. The space The apartment is accessed from a gate at the side of 22 Dunstanville Terrace, through a well lit passageway and up some fire escape stairs. For this reason Harbour View is not suitable for children under 5 years old or guests with mobility issues. There is a large open plan living area with a beautiful exposed stone wall and a timber ceiling giving the property lots of character. There is a comfortable sofa and two additional chairs. The dining area has a seating for six and the large sash windows mean you can enjoy the view from all parts of the room. The kitchen is stocked with the essential equipment for your break; a four ring hob and oven, microwave, fridge and ice box, and all the crockery and glassware you will need during your stay. There is a double bedroom and twin room with two single beds plus an additional loft bedroom which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, wc, basin and heated towel rail. There is also another shower room with a large walk-in shower cubicle. There is a parking space in a nearby secure car park for a small to medium sized car. There is also on-street parking outside the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, via a private front door. Access to Harbour View, a second floor apartment is via an external, spiral staircase at the rear of 22 Dunstanville Terrace. The allocated parking is a short walk away at the bottom of Beacon Street in a secure parking building. Other things to note There is an allocated parking space in a secure car park up the road from the apartment. This is for a small to medium sized car.
