Please read the listing carefully. This spacious 2br/1.5ba unit is located in downtown Traverse City and features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, sleeper sofa, Wifi, Roku TVs, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and more! Great location off of 8th Street near the library and 8 blocks to Front St. The space Our condo is located in a mixed commercial/residential building with 4 total units. There are 2 business units on the ground floor, and our unit is 1 of 2 residential units on the 2nd floor. Other things to note There is a flight of stairs immediately in the entrance to reach the living space--we are a 2nd floor unit with a private entrance. Starting May 1st, 2022, we are providing bath towels and washcloths. 1 set per guest. Please read carefully and consider the amenities provided to make sure it is a good fit before booking. As a complimentary starter kit, we leave 1 roll of paper towels, a few garbage bags, a handful of toilet paper rolls , hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. No pantry food items or personal shower soaps are provided at this time. Guests can provide extra items if their use exceeds what we provide. Our cancellation policy is stated and honored. We do not make exceptions for personal circumstances such as weather, illness, and travel issues. Items left behind can be shipped at guest's expense. There is a $25 fee on top of postage. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind, any product, in our units. A $250 fee will be assessed if there is a smell or evidence of smoking or Marijuana use of any nature.
