This is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy both nature and city life! The apartment is just a short walk from the beautiful Delsjö area, offering scenic lakes and a large recreational area. At the same time, the city center is only 10 minutes away by tram, making it easy to explore Gothenburg. The space The open-plan living area combines the kitchen and living room, creating a bright and inviting space. Large double doors lead from the dining area to a generous balcony, offering stunning views of the Skåtas nature reserve. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table that comfortably seats up to 10 people. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a charming fireplace – perfect for relaxing evenings. The master bedroom has a luxurious 180 cm double bed with a shared duvet (separate duvets available upon request). The second bedroom includes a standard single bed and a sofa bed.
