Guest access Guests are welcome to use the brick patio with a chiminea in the back yard and the waterside deck seating area 100 feet away. No unregistered guests in private or shared spaces. Other things to note Our property sleeps a maximum of 4 people. No unregistered guests and no parties. There are stairs and water nearby, so it is unsuitable for children under the age of 12. We do not allow fireworks or firearms on the premises. We do not allow animals due to a serious allergy, or scented candles, diffusers, or air fragrance emitters.
