The space Rosebank Court is a spacious, modern apartment situated within Stockton on Tees. This apartment proudly offers plenty of space for 4. Upon walking through the door you enter into a wonderful combined, large and open-plan living, kitchen- dining area. The living space is equipped with a plump sofa & accent chairs to kick back on, switch off from your day and watch your favourite shows on the 50-inch smart TV where you can log in to your favourite streaming apps. The integrated kitchen has everything you could need for a comfortable self-catered stay including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The apartment boasts two large bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a roomy zip&link king-size bed, fitted with plush bedding and premium bed linens and the wardrobe ensures no storage issues. In the second bedroom, you can find two single beds, making it an ideal choice for anyone travelling with children or good friends. These beds guarantee the same premium bed linens and plush bedding as the master, to ensure that the whole apartment has the perfect night's sleep. The apartment also has a wonderful fitted modern family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, basin & WC. To the side, there is a residents-only parking space and to the rear a private sun-trap back garden. The apartment has free WiFi throughout. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. Our place is approximately a 5-minute walk from North Tees Hospital or a 5-minute drive to both Norton High Street and Stockton town centre. It is also well situated for both the A19 and A66 and travel times by car are approximately 15 minutes to central Middlesbrough (inc. Teesside University), 20 minutes to Redcar and 25 minutes to Darlington. Our flat is also a perfect base to explore Teesside and the surrounding areas such as the Yorkshire Moors, the award-winning beaches and the numerous wedding venues in and around the area. Perfectly placed for all major employers. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
