There are pets in the house but no people or animals will come into your space. Located very close to the DC border. Pets approved on a case by case basis and subject to a pet fee. Other things to note There are active pets upstairs that you will hear, so this is not a good place if you are sensitive to noise. Also, it's a big wide space that's difficult to heat, but you'll be provided with a great space heater in addition to the regular heat.
