Other things to note Rules and Guidelines VILLA SOÑITA I.- REGISTRATION All guests, both individuals and groups, must be registered on the entry sheet, which will be provided upon arrival at the Villa's reception. II.- GUEST'S OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE INFORMATION Guests are required to inform the Villa's management of any contagious diseases or illnesses, deaths, infractions, or crimes that occur in the establishment and are known to them, so that the Villa can in turn take appropriate action and immediately report to the authorities when appropriate. If any guest becomes ill, the Villa's reception must call a doctor and the guest may be treated in his room at the guest's expense; if the disease is contagious, the guest will be transferred on his own to the appropriate place. III.- GUEST REGISTRATION AT THE VILLA Check-in time to enter the room will be from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time must be at 10:00 AM, otherwise an additional night's stay will be charged. In the event that for personal reasons the guest has to check in after 8:00 PM, the guest must give 24 hours' notice prior to arrival. We recommend that you check the room inventory carefully on your arrival. That is because you will be held liable for anything that is missing or damaged when you check out unless the check-in inventory shows that it was not your fault. IV.- USE OF SERVICES The services (water, electricity, gas, etc.) provided by the Villa must be used in accordance with the rules of good faith. The price does not include wasting or disproportionate use of these services. Help us keep rates low and accessible and to care for the environment. Guests are asked to use the room's furniture moderately and rationally, taking proper care of it; likewise, every guest, when leaving the room, has the obligation to leave the windows, entrance doors, and water faucets closed and to turn off the lights. V.- STAY IN THE VILLA Guests may take the Villa keys with them or leave them at the reception or administration desk each time they leave the establishment. No persons other than those registered may stay in the Villa, and in any case, they will give prior notice to the administration of any variation in the number or identification of the persons who originally registered. Visitors of clients will not be able to stay overnight. Nor may persons other than those who have made the contract come to enjoy the services, nor may the Villa be used as a place for carrying out commercial transactions. In no case may the number of people staying in each room exceed the capacity assigned by the Villa to each room. VI.- ACCESS TO THE VILLA The Villa will be open from 2:00 PM, the check-in time allowed for reservations. If the guest wishes to enter or exit after the established hours, then the guest must call the person in charge. VII.- GENERAL CLEANING OF THE VILLA The Villa will be delivered completely clean. During your stay, no room will be cleaned. Guests are informed that in this establishment the sheets are changed every third night of stay by the same customer. VIII.- SECURITY MEASURES The Villa is completely private and it is the guest's obligation to keep their valuables. If you have any valuables, the Villa is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of jewelry and valuables left in the rooms. IX.- SILENCE AND RESPECT The sound volume should be moderate after 10:00 PM in the Villa. Respect the nighttime silence and avoid any annoying behavior. X.- DAMAGE, DIRT, LOSS OF KEYS In case of damage to the property or furniture of the Villa, as well as loss of keys, the person responsible will pay for the damage caused. Payments of this type are made immediately and in cash (in the case of groups, the person responsible is the organizer and/or representative, so he will be the one who must pay the amount). Theft or intentional damage will be reported to the police immediately. It is forbidden to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the Villa or the other guests, or conduct contrary to decorum or social behavior. XI.- MISCELLANEOUS The Villa does not authorize access to the rooms occupied by the guests of any person who has not been previously and expressly authorized by the client, it reserves the right not to allow visits from other people in the room. Persons representing the Villa or providing the services inherent to the accommodation will have free access to the rooms occupied by the clients if required. In the event that guests are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to the administration, the stay may be terminated or suspended, as the case may be, and the luggage may be collected. XII.- ACCIDENTS OR EVENTS WITHIN THE VILLA The Villa is not responsible for any type of accident and/or event that the guest suffers within the Villa's facilities, such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. The expenses that this accident or event originates will be borne by the guest, exempting the Villa from any legal liability. XIV.- PROHIBITIONS *** 1.- The use of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is prohibited within any area of the Villa. This violation will be immediately reported to the corresponding authorities. *** 2.- It is forbidden to disturb the peace or cause a disturbance within the establishment, use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in the rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended. XV.- BREACH OF THE VILLA'S RULES In case of violation of one or more of the conditions and/or prohibitions mentioned above, the Villa has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The customer is also obliged to pay for all the days of accommodation set in the reservation. The rights of the establishment and guests to report to the competent authorities facts that constitute an offense or that give rise to liability for any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within the Villa, are safeguarded.
