Located on Candlewood Isle, just 90 minutes outside of NYC, this cottage has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy some time at the lake! The space This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The home is built on a hill so while it looks small from the street level, it opens up as you move inside. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as the kitchen and main living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Head down the spiral staircase to get to the master suite with an en suite bathroom. There are also multiple patio areas; one with a large L-shaped couch and coffee table, one with a large outdoor dining table and grill, and one with a fire pit. Great for enjoying the outdoors! And finally there are steps that take you down to the private dock area. Guest access The house is yours to enjoy - but please note there is a basement area that is currently not for guest use as we are undergoing some renovations. There is also an owner's closet that will be locked when guests stay.
