The ADK Getaway is conveniently located in Old Forge next door to Fastrac, Diorio’s grocery store, The Copper Fox liquor store, Nutty Putty mini golf and Bennys ice cream! 3 minutes by car/20 min walk to Old Forge Pond or Water Safari. The space The interior of the house is a spacious and bright open concept ranch, construction completed in 2011. The Master bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom with dual vanity. The 2 guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house along with the full guest bathroom. Lots of space to entertain inside and out! The deck in the private backyard is the perfect place to relax, BBQ and enjoy yourself. A fire pit in the yard is also available to use with firewood available for sale across the street. Guest access Plenty of on site parking for vehicles including snowmobile trailers or boats. Feel free to park anywhere in the 2 driveways in front of the house or in front of the garage. Other things to note As mentioned in our house rules, we require a $250 refundable security deposit for this property. There is also a 2 pet limit with prior approval and a $50 pet fee. Please see house rules for additional information. We provide kitchen towels, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own washcloths as we do not provide them. No garage access.
