Description

Completely remodeled 2BR/2BA home located in West Sedona right off 89A. Views of Coffee Pot rock from the back yard. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the BBQ grill, your morning coffee, doing yoga or star gazing on the large back deck. Secure your bikes in the backyard and depart for the biking trails straight from the house. TPT#21139758 STR Permit# 012876 The space House was completely remodeled in 2022. The main living area is open concept and has Southwestern flair. Southwestern style begins with organic building blocks — consider its traditional, earthy foundational palette of cactus greens, adobe red and desert-toned neutral hues — then explodes with exuberant shots of bright sunshine yellow, fiery orange and the turquoise of a cloudless sky. There are new cabinets, granite countertops with subtle flecks of Sedona red and new GE appliances. The kitchen is very well equipped with much more than just the basics. The wood floors throughout the house are new as are the windows, blinds, and doors. The new 4" warm LED can lighting is dimmable in every room so you can control the ambience in the space. We also have undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. The Ashley leather sofa has a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. The bedrooms both have doors that lead to the huge back deck which spans the length of the house and are equipped with ceiling fans that have four speeds controlled at the light switch. We have some incredible original teak wood pieces for you to enjoy and extra pillows so you can find the one most comfortable. The lamps in bedroom 1 are touch controlled and have a USB port on the side to plug in the charger for your phone. We also have unique, one of a kind, artwork featuring woven baskets and carved wooden bowls. Bedroom 1 also has a TV lift cabinet where the TV tucks away if you aren't watching it or just want to unplug for the weekend. We also have hangers in each closet and a bathrobe for your use in each bedroom. The freshly renovated bathrooms feature comfort height toilets and the shower heads have a handheld feature if you don't want to get your hair wet or if you have something that needs to be rinsed off from your hike. The guest bath features an amazing custom wood vanity made in Texas and a natural stone sink. Guest access You are renting the main home and entry is done via a keypad on the front door. Look for the blue metal art; they are kokopelli figures. The door you will utilize is on the right side of the house and has a glass window at the top. The access code is changed for each guest and will be provided the day prior to your arrival. This home has an attached guest suite with a separate entrance and its own backyard but both spaces are completely separate. Please park in front of or to the right of the entry door of the main house unless you need access to the 220 volt outlet to charge your car. There is sufficient space for two cars and a place to park for a visitor. We can also accommodate one vehicle and a 14' trailer if you are bringing your ATVs. Other things to note I have severe allergies to pet dander and cigarette smoke so no pets or smoking on property (even outside)is allowed. Los Robles restaurant has an open air market on the weekends when the weather is nice and they often have outdoor live entertainment. Also close by is the Chocola Tree Organic Oasis where you can dine indoors or outside in their gardens. Both are within easy walking distance which is a plus because parking in Sedona can be a challenge during the busier months. Bike routes are also featured throughout Sedona and run along SR89A which is nearby and a bike rental shop is a 5-10 minute walk.
