There are Washers and Dryers available for your own convenience.    Please note: if you are noise sensitive, there is potential for daily noise i.e footsteps, creaky stairs, conversations. There won’t be loud music or parties however I do own a hypoallergenic puppy who occasionally barks. * The modern open-concept basement apartment has a fully equipped Kitchenette, providing you with all the essentials such as Coffee machine, Airfryer, Toaster, Microwave, Hot plate, etc.  * Stocked teas/ coffees, snacks and drinks * The bedroom comes with a Queen Size bed with a nightstand. * The apartment is equipped with carbon monoxide alarm and First Aid kit * Comes with a Smart TV/ Netflix which you can watch from the comfort of the bedroom or living room, OR both! * The place also includes high quality bedding and linens, Washing and Drying machine, Hair Dryer, and Toiletries.  Overall, Beautifully lit and totally private. Other things to note Note: This is a peaceful family neighbourhood so keeping quiet at a respectable time is mandatory. Quiet time: 11pm-6am Standard check in time is 4pm.
