Just a few minutes from Downtown, you can easily commute to the national parks and outdoor activities. With all of the adventures available for your vacation, you will be left with incredible memories to share with family and friends! With a large patio, you can enjoy views of the majestic Moab Rim throughout the day. Enter to find yourself in the southwestern atmosphere, with a tall loft ceiling and over-sized picture windows. Among the three bedrooms is plenty of room for eight, along with entertainment options available in each space. If visiting during the cooler months, enjoy the warm cozy fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. After a long day of outdoor activities, relax with the family on the spacious lawn area right off of the patio while grilling dinner on the BBQ. Don't forget your swimsuits to take a quick dip in the pool and hot tub! The entire Town-home is single level and fully accessible, with plenty of parking between the two-car garage and four outdoor spaces. Trailer parking is available along Gemini Bridges Road, Cold Springs, and Meador Drive. You will want to book your next visit to Roberts Roost before you even finish this trip! Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
