The bathroom has a shower, heated floors, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle.  The space Newly restored, the SGH sits back off a quiet country road adjacent to the owner-occupied main house. The nine hundred square foot guest house has a private entrance and a partially fenced-in stone patio. Inside there’s a bedroom alcove with a king-size bed and closet. The sitting area faces a gas fireplace and views of the outdoors. The floors in the bathroom are heated, and the shower has glass doors. The kitchen comes with a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, and bare cooking essentials. Mugs, flatware, and stemware are provided. A separate designated dining area with a table and four chairs can double as a workstation. Other things to note The power generator outside the guest house will automatically engage during a rare power failure, and it’s audible from inside the building. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Interior decorated with antiques and art. Not suitable for small children. No pets
