Summer house close to the water, Aarhus and Mols Bjerge

Cozy newly renovated cottage with large garden on secluded grounds. There is a 175 m child-friendly beach at Aarhus Bay. It is only a 25-minute drive to Aarhus C. The house is close to attractions such as Kalø Castle Ruin, Djurs Sommerland, Ree Animal Park and Mols Bjerge National Park. The space 3 rooms; two rooms with double bed (200x160 + 200x150) and a room with bunk bed (200x70). Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Kitchen in connection with the living room. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, and other kitchen appliances. There is also an annex, shed, and outdoor kitchen. In the shed there are some garden games, beach things and a couple of old paddleboards, which you are welcome to take to the beach. Use of them is at your own risk. On the terrace there is a gas grill, you are welcome to use There is a wood-burning stove in the house which provides a really good heat throughout the house. There is also a heat pump that can be used to get the wood-burning stove going. It provides a great and quick warmth. There is smart TV where you can log into your own streaming services. Remember to log out again before departure. Duvets and pillows are available. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, cloths, etc. It is not possible to charge an electric car. You are not allowed to bring pets and you are not allowed to smoke inside. Guest access There will be a single locked room where we store our private belongings. Other things to note Keep in mind that the trampoline has no net around. Please no animals in the house. Do not charge an electric car. The house is returned tidy and cleaned, dishes must be washed and garbage removed. Electricity and water are included in the price.
