Dressers in each room. TV in main bedroom. Central sitting area with benches, stools, small table and TV. Kitchenette has no stove/oven, but all the other things needed to fix basic meals including hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, hand mixer, and more. Small bathroom off kitchen with shower (no bathtub). Stairs are only access to the third floor. Guest access Apartment is on 3rd floor, walk up exterior/outdoor stairs (about 3 flights of stairs) on back of building to private access with key code entry. Interior door to lower floors (office space) will remained locked. If you have mobility issues, do keep in mind there is no elevator, climbing the outdoor/exterior stairs is necessary. Other things to note Only one parking space provided, other spaces in lot reserved for other building tenants.
