Our house has sea views from every room. It is 75 m2 in size. It is a duplex apartment. It has 3+1 rooms. It has a separate entrance. It has a clean air, it is peaceful. It is 1.5 km from the sea by car. However, you can go to the sea on foot. It has a 100 m2 garden with fruit trees. There is a water tank and hot water at all times. You can stay without the need for air conditioning even in the hottest weather.
