The fantastic Enzian apartment has been completed since February 2023. The style and presentation is as authentic as the Edelweiss apartment, but with additional features: - Living room with couch - more spacious children's bunk - Bedroom with close walk to closet You can access the bathroom directly from the small hallway. This is completely new equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet. Then you enter the room with living room, dining room and kitchen. You have a fantastic view to the south of the surrounding mountains. The old wood paneled wall and the individual wooden paneling emphasize the cozy style of this cozy apartment. There is also a small couch here that can also be pulled out. From here you can also access the bedroom. This consists of a solid 160x200 real oak wood bed and a small walk-in closet. You can also reach the cozy children's niche from the bedroom via a staircase. Directly in the roof peak, the bed measuring 1.80x2.0 m is perfect for up to 2 children (from 5 years old), but there would also be enough space for 2 adults. Guest access Directly opposite Haus 15 there are 2 parking spaces that you can use free of charge. You can also drive directly to the house for loading and unloading. After booking you will receive a code with access data for the front door. Other things to note The Enzian apartment is ideal for 2 adults and up to 3 children. Up to 4 adults would also be possible. GUEST TAX The landlord will charge you €4.40 for each night and each person aged 14 and over as a “guest tax”, which is charged by the municipality. This is charged in addition to the agreed booking costs. What do I get from that? The guest tax is not a hidden tax or levy that flows into the general treasury of the municipality, but a contribution that is used entirely for facilities and services that are intended to serve you and enhance your vacation.
