Stylish self-contained ground floor studio and continental breakfast. The studio is located in a charming Yorkshire village, close to the market town of Selby and York. Perfectly placed for visiting the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and busy cities. The space This charming studio is large and has a king size bed, en-suite shower room and mini kitchen. A smart TV and sitting area makes for a relaxing place after a busy day exploring. There is also a small dining area with access via patio doors to an outside seating area and views over the south facing garden. The mini kitchen includes microwave, sink, fridge, kettle and toaster. We supply a continental breakfast to get you started! Please let us know if you have any food allergies or specific choices in terms of dairy and bread produce. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. Guest access The studio is self contained so gUests have their own entrance and a small patio area outside to enjoy the garden. Other things to note On-site parking is available for one car. A small bed settee is available in the studio for one additional adult or 2 small children (cost additional). Travel cot and high chair are available on request. Pet rules 1 pet per stay Small dogs only Please do not allow pets on the bed We would prefer for pets not to be left alone in the studio. Please dispose of pooh bags in our external bin or dog bin on the village green. Please have your dog on a lead when in the garden or driveway.
