First master bedroom has a king bed, on suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two bunk beds, and a work station with a printer for your work needs. Netflix, Hulu, and HBO max included, as well as fast wifi. Balcony with dinning area to enjoy the beautiful greenery and a bit of fresh air. Laundry inside the apartment. The space Master suite with a king bed and on suite bathroom. Second bed with two bunk beds (one is full size and the other twin size), and work station and big closet space. Balcony with dining table and one person swing set. Guest access Only guest have Access to entire apartment, balcony, pool area. Paddle boards are ONLY decorations! Note there is a Security cameras in entry front door and balcony. They are not allowed to be disabled. There will be a $100 dollar fee for disabling them. Other things to note Very important PLEASE READ!: Pet fee $50 under 15Lbs No one else is allowed in the apartment other than the number of guest in the reservation!! Any other guest will be charged $100 per extra guest. Please treat the items and furniture as if they were yours. Keep in mind any damage or taken items will be charged and a negative rating will be given. Please note that if the gate beeper is lost a charge of $75 dollars will be assessed.
