We are confident that your stay at Lottes cottage will create some incredible memories that will be cherished for years to come. We present you with a 3 bedroom cottage located on the Tarka trail and is close to many shops, restaurants and importantly…beaches! The cottage itself boasts a fully working kitchen complete with appliances, a cosy lounge and the garden hosting a bbq, pizza oven, sun loungers and fire pit. Upstairs is home to two double bedrooms and a snug with 2 children’s beds. The space The 3 bedroom cottage is a rustic, wooden beamed cosy space. Downstairs is an open plan layout consisting of living room and kitchen area. Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find a family bathroom made up of a overhead shower, toilet and sink. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms. In the master bedroom you will find a classic rustic cottage theme, consisting of a double bed and chest of drawers to use during your stay. Within the second bedroom is a more shabby chic style is felt throughout, again providing you with a double bed and chest of drawers for storage. Leading up a narrow set of stairs from the second bedroom is the ‘snug’. This area is designed with children in mind, but nevertheless is still suitable for adults if required as it hosts a small tv and two low to the ground full sized single beds! We do however advise that this area is used under supervision from adults as the stair treads are narrow and must be used appropriately and at your own risk. Guest access Guest are welcome to have access to the entire property during their stay but are respectfully asked to leave areas as they would wish to find them on their departure. Other things to note There is a car park witching minutes of the cottage which is very reasonable £1 for 1 hour £2 for 2 hours £3.50 for 4 hours £5.00 all day Between 6pm and 8am the car park is free 1 week (maximum stay) £22.50 Both cash and card is accepted. To the top end of the property it’s a first come basis for free parking
