Description

With over 2,200 square feet on two levels, this four bedroom end-unit townhome is one of the largest in Montebello and is situated on the quiet side, backing onto the central complex greenspace and features stunning mountain views. Complete with a rare, two car attached garage, the home can accommodate parking for four cars. Additional features include two principal bedrooms with spacious ensuites, large living and dining spaces, gas fireplace, A/C, extra large patio and private jacuzzi. The space We purchased it in March 2022 so don't be scared off by the lack of reviews! Having stayed in the development many, many times, we loved the space, layout and location of Montebello and needed to have one to call our own. This is one of the largest homes in the development and it really shows once inside. Additionally, the home backs onto the landscaped common greenspace of the development so not only is the view from the principal bedrooms serene but it's also away from the busier roads that border the development so you can expect super peaceful sleeps. Note that many similar listings back on to the highway or busy surrounding roads. The living and dining spaces feature stunning mountain views and a large (double the size of most) entertaining size patio with seating and BBQ. Travelling with children? We can connect you with a local company that rents and delivers everything you'll need (crib, fresh linens, high chair, jogger, Pack and Play, etc....). A we even have a 10% discount code for you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, including the two car attached garage. Check in anytime after 4:00pm with keyless door code access. Other things to note ****** NOTE: We just wrapped up an interior cosmetic renovation this November 2024 (approximately $50k) which included paint, artwork, living and dining room furniture, rugs, among other smaller items, and the new images and virtual tour has been posted. We think you'll love it even more!! ****** Our favourite development in Whistler Village. Quiet streets, walkable to the Village amenities, and best of all, no underground parkades and long walks/stairs to access the home (very common). Just park in the driveway or large garage and unload your luggage. Additionally, many of the townhouses in Whistler are "stacked" townhouses (not this one), meaning you're either staying right above or below another townhouse which can negatively affect your stay.
