Beautifully decorated space nestled in a quiet, country setting near Nashville on 2.5 acres. The space Whether you have come to work or play, you will enjoy your stay in this cozy basement studio with a large private bath, kitchenette, dedicated workspace with private high-speed fiber internet as well as Ethernet connection, and its own private entrance with private patio space. We are a family of two plus a dog and live upstairs. You are likely to hear faint footsteps, especially during the day, and occasionally you will hear the dog walking around, stretching, shaking, bark when someone comes on the property, and may hear him howl at an emergency vehicle passing by. He also really hates thunder and lightning, so you may hear him lightly pacing when this occurs. I pride myself on maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and making sure guests are comfortable and well cared for. Since we do live out in the country with an expanse of grass and trees, sometimes a small spider or beetle (not cockroaches) may be seen in the Airbnb. Occasionally, a wasp or fly may enter when people go in and out. We have a pest control service and periodically spray ourselves, but I don’t go crazy with it because I want the solutions to be as non-toxic as possible. Guest access Guests can park in the gravel parking area at the end of the long driveway, which is also large enough for boat or RV parking. Follow the pathway around the back of the house to the private patio basement entrance. Other things to note Conveniently located close to Nashville, Lebanon, and Murfreesboro (approx. 12mins to I-40 and 7 mins to I-840, and 35 mins to downtown Nashville). Easy access to airport, shopping, dining, and entertainment. 2 queen beds + Futon - Futon must be converted by host only. For more than 4 guests, we will have it set up as a bed. If your party has four guests or fewer, we will convert it upon request only.
