The space -3 min from N1 highway -5 min drive to USB (Post Graduate Stellenbosch University). Walking possible -10 min drive to Tygerberg Campus -17 min drive to central Cape Town (CBD) -25 min drive to Winelands More detail about our space: - We have Solar Panels, Inverters and Batteries (everything works inside the container!) - Fresh and vibey Container living; - bathroom with a shower, wash basin & toilet; - 1 double bed with good quality mattress; - small study table and 2 x chairs in the living room; - we offer discounted weekly and monthly rates (refer pricing guide); - a beautiful bright kitchenette with fridge, freezer, kettle, air fryer, 2 plate gas stove, washing basin, cutlery, coffee plunger, utensils and small dining area; - outside area with large modern shade net, artificial grass, weber, and dining table with 2 x chairs; - clean towels and sheets; - complimentary filter coffee and tea; - off street parking. We have a domestic worker, to tidy up and clean, once per week. Lackson, our garden worker, also cleans outside the container every Thursday. Guest access Same main gate entrance, but own private entrance to container. Access from our entrance bridge. The container is a totally separate tiny-house structure on our property with privacy. Self check-in possible with a lock box. Other things to note Adri, Dewald, Everhardt (8) and Adriana (3), our 2 friendly dogs and 2 cats living in the main house. The dogs are super friendly = Border collie (Brown&White) - Trompie. Border collie (Black&White) - Griet. We love travel, outdoors, new experiences and socializing with our friends and family.
