Backyard paradise in Niagara Falls, NY, USA

We have a two story 12 year old home located in a quiet cul-de-sac with wide driveway for off street parking located 20 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, 3 minutes from the Niagara Falls Airport, 5 minutes from Fashion Outlets, many restaurants and only a 25 min drive to the city of Buffalo. The area is very quiet and safe. Private bedroom and bathroom are on second floor. There’s a patio with a dining area, covered sitting area with fire table and fan. Pool is heated with attached spa. The space My home has an open floor plan with many windows making it light and airy. It’s decor is contemporary with many original paintings and a bright morning room with many plants. The private room has a queen bed, mini fridge and a TV with Roku., Netflix. The backyard is like a private resort with large arborvitae offering a beautiful natural landscape. The pool has a lovely waterfall that offers peace and tranquility and the spa is perfect to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I have a small, friendly dog that lives on the property. Guest access You will have access to the private guest room and bathroom on second floor. Shared spaces are the kitchen, backyard and first floor powder room. You may use microwave to heat up food and refrigerator to store food. During your stay I’ll be available to you during your stay for any questions or information on this area either in person, text or phone. Other things to note I have a small puppy who lives on the premises. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you are out after 12:00 am we will supply a code for you to enter the house. After midnight we have quite time. Continental breakfast is available.
